I-70 Resurfacing - Chief Hosa to Colfax

Estate Media is managing public information for Martin Marietta on behalf of the Colorado Department of Transportation for this resurfacing and bridge deck repair project in Jefferson County, Colorado. The project began in August 2024 with an anticipated completion of late 2025. Work includes milling and paving a 10-mile stretch of the Interstate 70 mountain corridor from Chief Hosa to Colfax, repairing two bridge decks at the Colorado Highway 93/Morrison Exit, and making drainage improvements. The project is located at the eastern end of the I-70 mountain corridor which impacts travel from Denver to the mountain towns. Extensive outreach was performed prior to kickoff, and weekly email campaign and travel advisories are distributed to stakeholders which include local government and commercial entities within and outside the work zone as well as PIOs, first responders, and other subscribers.

Adams County E. 58th Avenue Washington to York Improvements

This Adams County infrastructure improvement and utility relocation project began in the summer of 2022 and has an expected completion date of late May 2025. Estate Media was awarded the public information services portion of the contract by Hamon Infrastructure, the prime contractor.

Work includes widening the roadway to accommodate two through lanes in each direction, adding sidewalks and curb and gutter, signalizing the Franklin St. intersection, building retaining walls, and relocating utilities.

Green Valley Ranch Blvd. Improvements - Phase 2 & 3

Graham Contracting, Ltd. hired Estate Media to manage public information for this Denver Office of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) improvement project. The project began in May 2024 and has an expected duration of 12 months. Work includes upgrading landscaped medians from Tower Road to Pena Blvd, adding protected bike lanes, reconstructing the N. Salida St. intersection, signalizing the Kittredge St. intersection, and adding a signal at the private drive at King Soopers, east of Tower Road.

C-470 & Quincy Ave Roundabout & Interchange Improvements

Estate Media is performing public information services on behalf of Villalobos Concrete for this Colorado Department of Transportation project at the Colorado Highway 470 and W. Quincy Avenue interchange in Jefferson County, Colorado. Work includes adding a single lane roundabout with a single bypass lane at the northbound/westbound C-470 and Quincy ramp intersection and signalizing the southbound/eastbound C-470 and Quincy ramp intersection as well as adding capacity for improved traffic flow. This project is currently in winter shutdown with work expected to resume in early spring.

US 285/CO 9 Bridge Replacement & Intersection Improvements, Fairplay, Colorado

Estate Media is managing public information for this project on behalf of American Civil Constructors for the Colorado Department of Transportation. The project is currently in winter shutdown and has reached partial completion. Crews will return in the spring to repave US 285, and to perform punchlist tasks.

I-25 Walsenburg Bridge Replacement
